Frequently Asked Questions
To become a stallholder, we recommend you have a digital photo of your stall and/or your products, a brief description of your goods, your insurance certificate and your food handling certificate (if required). To help you gather everything you need download our instructions. After you have gathered everything required simply fill out our online application form and provide details about your products. Our team of volunteers will review your application and get back to you with availability and next steps.
Our stallholder fees are among the most affordable in the region, at just $60 per market day. This fee includes a 3×3 meter space and access to a supportive community of fellow entrepreneurs.
We welcome all food vendors. However, you must provide us with a Food Notification/Registration Number or if applicable, a Food Authority License Number (www.foodnotify.nsw.gov.au)
Each stall must be covered by Public Liability Insurance and all goods must be covered by Product Liability Insurance to the value of $20 million for each. (This is a Department of Education requirement for market site owners)
The markets have accessible toilet facilities, including disabled toilets and baby change tables. There are also several food and beverage stalls offering a range of refreshments.
The markets take place on the first and third Saturday of every month. They are held on the grounds of Glenbrook Public School on Ross St, located just a short walk from Glenbrook train station.
The markets operate from 8am to 1pm on each market day
